Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, Cilwen Country House provided my family and me with an idyllic Easter retreat. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the genuine warmth of our hosts, Adrian and Jeff, who effortlessly made us feel at home in their beautifully restored farmhouse. The breakfast was a true culinary delight, featuring freshly baked bread that paired perfectly with Jeff's heavenly homemade jams - the Pink Grapefruit Marmalade quickly became a family favorite! We delighted in exploring the gorgeous gardens, which were as engaging as our conversations with our hosts. With spacious rooms equipped with modern amenities and a quaint shared lounge to unwind in, Cilwen truly promises a peaceful escape. It's little touches like this, combined with their attentiveness and skill, that ensure we will return to this charming haven in Carmarthen.
